Dear RTP DK family members,

At the outset, we would like to thank you for the overwhelming response to the “RTP DK Family Day” on 14th March 2010 and making the event a grand success. On that day we hope you have visited the Building Material Exhibition to understand the quality of materials we are using to construct your dream home. We assure you, that utmost care is taken in terms of construction and final finishes while delivering your home on time. During the event, we indicated the tentative handing over schedule for the phase I along with the probable completion schedule for infrastructure works.

We have started external plastering work for the apartments of Maple Block. Apart from the above, other infrastructure works have been taken up vigorously. We are pleased to inform you that we plan to start the clubhouse construction by June 2010 and finish the same by the first quarter of 2011 around the time of phase-I hand over.

The RTP DK Family Get-together

IJM The interactive The lunch was scrumptious as participants enjoyed food in ambient environment. The Family Day celebrated on 14-03-2010 at site was a great success beyond our reckoning. Over 500 Participants attended the program with family members. The day began with their introduction and the festive mood was visible in the meet. As children enjoyed games, the elderly focused on the work progress. The Vice-President of took an active interest in explaining the quality approach through the exhibition. session saw the members giving valuable suggestions to the keen IJM team. Every one agreed enthusiastically to participate in more of these programs in future.
